Formed almost 4 years ago at music college in Leeds, Supermarket Police created a fast, catchy garage-rock sound, taking influence from bands such as Milburn and The Strokes. Since then, they have built up a reputation in the Leeds music scene, playing venues such as Lending Room, Key Club and The Hop.

A Northern indie rock band with a tinge of britpop and classic rock, drawing on influences from bands like: The Rolling Stones, Iggy Pop and Queen, The Stone Roses, The Charlatans and share their knack for hook-laden choruses that strike a chord with live audiences everywhere. Their shows are riotous affairs, with boisterous and energetic performances from all the boys. Thunderous drums, driven bass lines, heavy guitar slinging and all held together by lead singer Ryan Hobbs’ Flamboyant and captivating stage presence. The band played the main stage at Leeds Pride to 30k+ people, this was one of their numerous festival slots.
